Jamie brings over 15years of executive leadership, with a focus on navigating legal and regulatory environments. She is the visionary behind Harpley's and works to strategically plan and navigate quality control and regulatory requirements of the USDA.

Sales and Business Development

With over a decade of experience owning her own co-packaging company in NY, Andrea brings years of experience to product development, efficient small batch production, and out-of-the-box problem solving.

Operations Manager/Plant Superintendent

Homero has over 30years of meat processing experience in large production facilities. He brings large-scale production experience to Harpley's, enabling the production team to think big, even when producing a small-batch run of product.  

Customer Service 

With a degree in AgriBusiness Technology, Emily brings fresh ideas with a focus on how to benefit both the agricultural community and the connection with consumers. She is dedicated to help create solutions for a positive customer experience.

Facilities Manager

 With leadership experience at large manufacturing facilities, being the Department Head for Industrial Programs at Randolph Community College, and a multi-generational farmer. His experience in Agriculture and Industry merge together here at Harpley's.
